We want Snap Tutor to genuinely help at homework time. If it doesn't, you can ask for your money back — no interrogation, no hoops.
14-day money-back guarantee
Every plan. Email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full amount.
30 days on Lifetime
Lifetime is a bigger commitment, so it carries an extended 30-day full-refund window.
Prorated after day 14
On 6-month and 1-year plans you can still cancel later and get a prorated refund for the unused time.
Back to your card
Refunds are issued by our payment provider to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
1. Plans this covers
Snap Tutor plans: 6 Months (100 KWD / ≈326 USD), 1 Year (170 KWD / ≈555 USD) and Lifetime (500 KWD / ≈1,630 USD). Prices are charged in USD and shown in your own currency at checkout using our payment provider's current exchange rate. This policy applies to all three.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@snapntutor.com from the address on your account, with the receipt number from your purchase email. You can also use our contact page. We reply within 2 business days and approved refunds are submitted the same day.
3. What happens to your account
When a refund is issued, paid access ends and child profiles beyond the free limit are locked (not deleted). You can re-subscribe at any time and pick up where you left off. Ask us if you want your data erased entirely — see our Privacy Policy.
4. Upgrades
If you upgrade from a paid plan to Lifetime, the unused balance of your current plan is credited against the Lifetime price. Refund windows on an upgrade run from the upgrade date.
5. Exceptions
We may decline a refund where an account shows abuse of the service — for example sharing one account across an unrelated group, automated scraping of solutions, or repeated purchase-and-refund cycles. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in the account being closed.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits consumer rights you have under the law where you live, including EU/UK distance-selling withdrawal rights. Our payment provider acts as merchant of record and their terms apply to the transaction itself.
