14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If Snap Tutor isn't a fit in the first 14 days, email us and we'll refund you in full.
6 months and 1 year: after day 14 you can still cancel for a prorated refund on the unused time.
Lifetime: extended 30-day full-refund window because it's a bigger commitment.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider in 5–10 business days back to the original card. Family / group upgrades from a paid plan to Lifetime credit the remaining balance of the original plan against the Lifetime price.
Seat limits — how it works
A "seat" is one child profile inside your parent account. Each profile has its own grade, curriculum, streak, mistake patterns, and homework history — so siblings don't mix each other's work.
